About our Founder

Craig Fletcher’s journey into the world of health and fitness began as a teenager, after getting into trouble at school. With a lifelong love for team sports and an active lifestyle, Craig discovered that the discipline of gym training, combined with healthy habits, not only transformed him physically but also strengthened him mentally and spiritually.

After becoming a certified personal trainer, Craig's dedication to health and well-being flourished, and he embraced fitness as a lifelong pursuit for over two decades. His love for adventure took him around the globe, from cooking in the picturesque Scottish Highlands to cycling through Europe and hiking in the Himalayas. Craig encountered personal obstacles along the way, developing unhealthy habits. However, in 2020, he made a pivotal life change, quitting alcohol and cigarettes and substituting them with ultramarathon running. 

The birth of his child in 2021 shifted Craig's outlook on life. He is convinced that the best legacy we can leave for our children is good health and that genuine leadership is exemplified by actions, not just words. This conviction drives him as he guides others toward their health and wellness objectives. Craig knows that health transcends gym activities; it encompasses our surroundings, thoughts, beliefs, and aspirations. With his extensive experience as a chef, he appreciates the significance of nutritious food and the joy of enjoying meals without feeling constrained.

Take control of your health with our in-depth health and lifestyle analysis, including at-home blood testing provided by our trusted partners at Medichecks, followed by a complete in-person health assessment. The entire process, including consultations and a follow-up call, is designed to give you a clear roadmap for improving your well-being.

  • Initial Consultation Call: We begin with a personalized consultation to understand your health goals and concerns.
  • Comprehensive Blood Test: Assess over 50 biomarkers through Medichecks, including full blood count, liver, kidney, heart health, diabetes, hormones, and more.
  • In-Person Health Assessment (90 minutes): Complete body measurements, mobility, flexibility, ECG, lung function, fitness testing (VO2 max, grip strength, etc.), and much more.
  • Follow-Up Report and Action Plan: Discuss your results with a follow-up call, where we provide actionable recommendations on nutrition, exercise, mental health, and sleep.
  • Lifestyle Optimization: We offer a detailed lifestyle, nutrition, and fitness program to help you reverse your biological age and achieve your health goals.

Holistic Coaching Services

We offer a range of options that are suitable for most individuals ranging from our bespoke in person one-to-one sessions that are very LIMITED

Some prefer the community and camaraderie of group training sessions and having others to compete with as part of the programmes on offer

If we are not able to offer in person sessions due to limited availability and geographical restrictions there are also limited online coaching spots available which offer the same level of service with the added logistical convenience

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for new memberships, allowing clients to cancel for a full refund within this timeframe. For packages, a prorated refund may be available within the first 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sessions or services already provided.
